1. Coverage Area

Gentry Concepts ships to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship outside the United States. Project deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are quoted on a per-project basis.

2. Lead Times

• Stocked SKUs: 5–7 business days from approved order to ship.
• Custom or non-stock programs: 3–6 weeks depending on scope, finish, and quantity.
• Multi-property rollouts: Phased delivery scheduled in coordination with your project manager.

Lead times begin once payment / PO terms are confirmed and final shop drawings are approved.

3. Delivery Methods

• Direct-to-jobsite: Palletized freight delivered to your project address.
• Warehouse staging: Held and released by phase for portfolio rollouts.
• Will-call: Available at our distribution facility upon request.

4. Freight Terms

Standard freight is FOB Origin unless otherwise specified in your order acknowledgment. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer when goods are loaded onto the carrier. Bill of lading (BOL) and proof of delivery (POD) documentation is provided for every shipment.

5. Receiving & Inspection

The receiving party is responsible for:

• Confirming pallet/piece counts against the BOL at delivery.
• Noting any visible damage or shortage on the BOL before signing.
• Inspecting concealed damage and reporting it within 5 business days of receipt.

Claims for damage or shortage not noted on the BOL or reported within the 5-day window may not be eligible for replacement. See our Returns Policy.

6. Site Access Requirements

Standard freight delivery assumes a forklift or pallet jack is available at the receiving location and a paved, accessible loading area. Liftgate, inside delivery, residential delivery, or limited-access fees may apply when these are not available. Communicate site constraints to your project manager at the time of order to avoid redelivery fees.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once production has been released, change orders and cancellations may incur restocking, freight, and production fees. Contact your project manager as early as possible to discuss scope changes.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Gentry Concepts is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to weather events, carrier service disruptions, port closures, supplier shortages, force majeure events, and changes to project site access.
