Gentry Concepts supplies cabinetry primarily for multifamily, commercial, and government projects. Because our products are custom-configured for specific projects and ship in volume, we operate a structured replacement and warranty program rather than open consumer- style returns.
Visible freight damage must be noted on the bill of lading (BOL) at the time of delivery, before the driver leaves. Concealed damage must be reported within 5 business days of receipt with photo documentation.
Approved damage claims are remedied via like-for-like replacement at no charge to the customer. Replacement freight is covered by Gentry Concepts when damage was the result of manufacturing or freight handling.
Our cabinetry is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of delivery, under normal commercial / multifamily use, when installed in accordance with industry standards and our installation guidelines.

We acknowledge claims within 1 business day and aim to issue a resolution decision within 5 business days.
Returns of stocked, undamaged product require a written Return Authorization (RMA) issued by our team. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% plus return freight. Custom-spec or made-to-order product is non-returnable unless defective.
The exclusive remedy under this policy is repair, replacement, or credit at Gentry Concepts' option. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or installation labor costs unless expressly agreed in writing as part of a project contract.
